Women’s History Month is a great opportunity to celebrate and recognize women's countless contributions throughout history, often in the face of significant challenges and barriers. It's a time to highlight their achievements across various fields and acknowledge their pivotal role in shaping societies globally. My mother, Sharon Van Leer, is my biggest inspiration because she embodies strength, resilience, and wisdom in facing challenges. Her journey, shaped by personal experiences and historical struggles, reflects perseverance, love, and determination. She has navigated obstacles with grace, proving that hard work, courage, and faith can overcome adversity. Her ability to nurture, guide, and uplift others while striving for success herself is a testament to her character. Whether through her sacrifices, wisdom, or unwavering support, she has instilled in me values of perseverance, pride, and self-belief. Her story is not just one of survival but of triumph, breaking barriers and paving the way for future generations. OTG has supported my career by providing growth opportunities, fostering an inclusive and dynamic work environment, and equipping recruiters with the tools and resources to attract top talent. Their commitment to innovation and employee development encourages continuous learning and professional growth.

Women’s History Month is a time to honor the achievements and contributions that women have made throughout history. As a mother of two daughters, I have always tried to instill in them that they can break barriers and make a mark for themselves in any career they choose. By chance, I entered the largely male dominated restaurant industry straight out of college, and it was intimidating. I was fortunate to have amazing leaders who embraced me as a thought partner and gave me the confidence and freedom to progress in my career. As shown by the many incredible female leaders at OTG, it’s a company that truly values women’s contributions, and I’m so grateful to be part of this team.

Women's History Month is a time to honor and reflect on the invaluable contributions of exceptional women throughout history, recognizing both their struggles and victories. I was fortunate to be raised by a mother who served in the Air Force and became a pioneer in early online commerce. As a trailblazer and role model, she instilled in me the belief that the sky is not the limit. Her example continues to inspire me to pursue new opportunities and embrace the challenges that come with them.

Women’s History Month is an important time to reflect on the contributions and achievements of women throughout history. As women, we have progressed and accomplished so much, proving that we are capable of anything. We are awesome and inspiring! My mother and daughter are my biggest inspirations. They have taught me everything. OTG has supported my career in many ways, providing opportunities for professional growth and encouraging mentorship. My advice for others is to always be yourself and know your worth. Everything else will fall into place.
