It’s a new aura for a new era at Minneapolis-Saint Paul.
OTG gave Delta’s Concourse G a complete makeover, upgrading its dining and retail programs to include ten new chef-driven restaurants and an inspired selection of fresh-to-go markets.
We tapped into the vibrant culture of the Twin Cities to improve the guest experience at MSP, showcasing some of the region’s finest chefs and artisans in a contemporary and connected space that joins convenience with character and a sense of place.

Eggy Weggy (am) / Custom Burgers (pm)
Eggy Weggy offers a variety of classic breakfast sandwiches along with a build-your-own option, each featuring the star of any self-respecting breakfast sandwich: the egg. Eggy Weggy is Custom Burger’s breakfast concept serving until 11am.
Custom Burgers is a fast-casual burger and sandwich restaurant concept. In addition to its line of signature burgers and sandwiches crafted by OTG’s award-winning culinary team, Travelers have the ability to fully customize their selection with a robust Build Your Own Burger option.
Poppy’s Bagels (am) / Uptop Pizza (pm)
The fast-casual breakfast concept Poppy’s Bagels offers fresh baked New York style bagels and homemade spreads made with simple, fresh, high-quality ingredients. Poppy’s is Uptop Pizza’s breakfast concept serving until 11am. / Uptop Pizza offers personal and custom made-to-order pizzas on the fly at this fast casual concept.
Mimosa
A raw bar and brasserie inspired by Provencal cuisine. Created by Chef Russell Klein, Mimosa features the flavors and textures of simple French country cooking.
MinniBar
An easygoing cafe, with full bar, offering a menu of globally inspired sandwiches. The menu features authentic global flavors combined with locally inspired ingredients.
Shoyu
Modern Japanese menu that celebrates fresh ingredients and traditional technique. Serving sushi, noodle dishes and dumplings.
